About Us

AGS, a family owned business, in association with our wholly-owned sister company in South Africa, namely – Fortified Foods, has been in operation for the past 7 years. Fortified Foods specialises in the manufacturing of butchery, bakery and catering products, and AGS is responsible for the warehousing and distribution in Australia of some of their products along with other brands/products we represent on behalf of international companies.

The owner, Rodney Meaker, along with Grant Hamilton-Brown and Louise Van Greuenen share over 30 years of experience and knowledge, not only from an operational side of grocery business but from a retail and marketing side too.

AGS has their Head Office based in Dandenong South, Victoria (35kms from Melbourne CBD)along with a vast warehousing facility. A distribution network has been set-up across the major cities throughout Australia and we have a base of independent wholesalers who purchase goods directly from us for redistribution into the small independentretail outlets across WA and NSW.
